You're correct that they don't provide an email addy. I have been with them for about 3yrs +/- and found that the actual service is getting better. WebOct 16, 2024 · Comwave said that my dad called 3 months and 2 weeks after the initial inquiry and can't cancel without a fee. They said they tried calling back after my dad tried to cancel but could not reach us. We have no records of them calling or leaving a message. Now they are saying it would cost $500 to cancel which is crazy. Any advice to resolve this?
