Web25 aug. 2024 · The Leader-Member Exchange 7 questionnaire (LMX-7) was developed to measure the quality of working relationships between leaders and followers (Graen & Uhl-Bien, 1995). In this 7-item instrument, individuals self-report the amount of mutual respect, trust, and obligation exchanged in their superior–subordinate relationships. Webleader (supervisor) are referred to as leader-member exchange (LMX); Graen & Scandura, 1987).
