Web14 aug. 2024 · The Student Code of Conduct applies to conduct that occurs on-campus and, in the situations set out below, to conduct that occurs off-campus. Pursuant to Regents By-Law 5.5, the Student Code of Conduct should not be applied as a matter of course to off-campus conduct simply because the conduct also violates federal, state, or local law. WebThe Student Code of Conduct clearly and concisely identifies those behaviors that put students at risk of disciplinary action. The Code of Conduct also assures that students enjoy those protected behaviors inherent in their status as students and enumerated under Student Rights below.
